How to Balance and Energize the Sacral Chakra?

I believe that it is very essential to have a balanced Sacral chakra for a healthy and prosperous life. There is more than one way to balance or activate your Sacral chakra. This can vary from individual to individual. Whether the chakra is blocked, unclear, inactive, or unbalanced, the method of healing is usually similar.
